Minutes

The meeting started around 14:00.

We discussed what we have been/are working on:

  • Alex Levine -- Fixing permutation class pull request
  • Chris Russell -- Parallel matrix computations
  • Fernando Flores Brito -- Vertex connectivity
  • Finn Smith -- Writing documentation for translations
  • James Mitchell -- Reviewing Wilf's pull request; working on orb stuff
  • Luke Elliott -- Fixing permutation class pull request
  • Michael Torpey -- Trying to compute "meet" congruences
  • Wilf Wilson -- Implement some methods for MinimalGeneratingSet

Everyone worked on these tasks, helping each other as appropriate.

Ashley came along at about 15:30 to talk about computational tasks, as well as arranging the weekly pure postgraduate seminar for this semester. Finn left for a while to attend a health and safety meeting.

Wilf and Michael left just before 17:00.
