Olexandr announced the new GAP release 4.8.5 and the success of signups for the next CoDiMa school in Edinburgh.
We all introduced ourselves, mainly for Mun See's benefit.
Mun See is a brand new PhD student supervised by Chris Jefferson, studying permutation groups.
James presented his talk "Computing maximal subsemigroups of finite semigroups" which he's going to present at the AMS meeting in Colorado.
We started working on our individual tasks:
