The meeting started at 14:00. Due to the spring holidays, none of our usual undergraduates attended.
We discussed the status of our various software packages. GAP 4.9 will have a beta release soon, and we hope to have a new Semigroups release ready for the final 4.9 release.
Olexandr and Markus Pfeiffer recently met Max Horn, who has made a GAP pull request relating to a new build system, an important upcoming change to the system.
We discussed upcoming GAP Days workshops, and other conferences.
We have recently been working on:
- Chris Russell -- Finishing McAlister triples code, and Digraphs functions
- Fernando Flores Brito -- Finished identities code, making pull request
- James Mitchell -- Writing documentation and tests for libsemigroups
- Julius Jonušas -- DigraphClosure etc.
- Michael Torpey -- Writing tests and new features for libsemigroups
- Wilf Wilson -- Multidigraphs and colourings for Digraphs
Olexandr left at 14:30.
We all left between 17:30 and 18:30.
