new module: flye

I think it would be good to have a module for flye

• This module does not exist yet with the nf-core modules list command
• There is no open pull request for this module
• There is no open issue for this module
• If I'm planning to work on this module, I added myself to the Assignees to facilitate tracking who is working on the module

This could be used to improve nf-core/bacass and is suggested here. Additionally, it could be used in its meta-mode for long read metagenome assembly in nf-core/mag.

It might be related to dragonflye which has a nf-core module, issue #632
