Train Startgate CCW and CW YOLOv7 Weights

What needs to change?

We need the weights for a YOLOv7 object detection task that will differentiate between the start gate symbols.

Before starting this task, ensure you are able to retrieve the bag data from our most recent testing sessions. This will contain the rostopic data from our cameras where you can take screenshots and label the startgate symbols.

How would this task be tested?

1. Create node that loads in the weights
2. Show screenshots of the detection working with the bag data
