Description

Before PR:
The parameters used in the unit test are hardcoded.
It's better to use parameters from param.yaml, which contains the default parameters.

Tests performed

100% Test passed with following command

colcon test --event-handlers console_cohesion+ --packages-select mpc_lateral_controller

Effects on system behavior

Not applicable.
