  • Improvements in multiple BAM/CRAM input. Tested up to 25 CRAM files at low coverage (1000 Genomes).
  • Multiple BAM/CRAM files can now also be passed as comma separated list using the --input/-i parameter.
  • More changes to memory management.
  • Clean up deprecated code.
