The player is a AI in a spaceship. The goal is to find a suitable plantet for humain colonists to live.
Event is a random event chosen between all the .event
files located in the event_data
directory.
It will damage the ship and will lower score of the player a the end.
Planet is a set of random values whitch corespond to the the features of a planet.

All the systems have 100 HP, execpt for the nubers of colonist : 1000
base_dmg is the amout of damage the system will take if multiplier_max_value is equal to 1
multiplier_max_value will be multiplied with the base_dmg to get the final value of damage taken by the ship.
