Full Vector Jacket

Since the first release (v1.0.1) in 2012, hundreds of benches have been built, many workshop given and overall pallet dismounting skills improved. There was also two critical bugs in the first design that needed to be solved.
Parallel to this, the SVG exporter for the Freestyle addon in Blender received a lot of love and reached a very nice stage. So the 3D renders of the bench can be finally exported into SVG. Making the resulting pdf printable at any size.

Details of the changes for this release:

• Dropped the CC-BY-SA Creative Commons license in favor of the Free Art License.
• Removed the "hammer" and "saw" icons previously used and designed new ones.
• Added a "meter" icon and a "crowbar" icon.
• Created a build script that handles the rendering of all the elements.
• Completely redesigned the 3D elements to improve accuracy.
• Changed and redesigned mostly step 3, 7 and 8 (but that had a relative impact on all of them).
• Added an animated gif.
