在项目根目录下执行pip install -r requirement.txt
ChromeDriver下载地址: https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/chromedriver/home 根据浏览器版本下载对应的文件并将其放在python安装目录环境下。
在终端执行chromedriver，如果出现以下信息，

使用PyCharm打开本项目，点击运行。
需先配置config.toml，填入教务系统的用户名和密码即可。
