Step 1. Download your message history in JSON Format
- Go To https://www.messenger.com/dyi/
- Sign in with your account if necessary
- Click "Create File"
- Make sure JSON is selected as the export format
- Download the file when it is available

Step 2. Move the JSON File to the right place
- Open the zipped file
- Navigate to messages/inbox/[conversation]
- Replace the file in /data with the message.json from the downloaded data

Run the program
- Run WingStats.exe to analyze the conversation
