CLADE: Closed Loop Aptameric Directed Evolution

Closed loop aptameric directed evolution, (CLADE) is a technique enabling simultaneous discovery, evolution, and optimization of aptamers. (Platt et al, 2009)

The technique was developed in the Kell group, and was an EPSRC-funded project.
