Разархивируем файл loginwp.php в корень вашего сайта
Запускаем, вводим в адресную строку ваш сайт/loginwp.php
Удаляем файл loginwp.php, чтобы не было проблем с безопасностью
Для очень забывчивых. Если создается новый админ, о чем вас извещает сообщение.
