nodejs-rest-mongo-boilerplate

A boilerplate for Node.js rest APIs using express and mongodb.

Prerequisites

1. NodeJS >= 12.X
2. yarn >= 1.22.X
3. mongodb >= 4.X

Starting the application

# Get the latest code
git clone https://github.com/vishnu2981997/nodejs-rest-mongo-boilerplate.git myproject

# Change directory
cd myproject

# Install NPM dependencies
yarn install

# Install pm2 globally
npm install -g pm2

# Then simply start your app
yarn start

# To start app with nodemon
yarn dev

# To start app with inspector for debugging
yarn dev:inspect
