Added a space to the code to try and add the paragraph between the date and the upper paragraph in the blue banner section

@loganpowell I just tried to add a space to the paragraph in the banner section. Any thoughts on why the html test is failing? Not sure about this issue: "Error: The process '/opt/hostedtoolcache/Ruby/2.6.8/x64/bin/bundle' failed with exit code 16" |

@emmbrennan hmm... I'm not too familiar with Ruby/Jekyll, but I was using ruby version |

It looks like that is a persistent error during the exec of the github action: I can look into how that runner is configured next week to see if I can fix it... |
