See in it action here! (Work in Progress)

Synopsis

The bingo card generator is an Aurelia web app that gives users the ability to create themed bingo cards. Users can select from existing themes or create a custom theme of their own.

Motivation

The first version of the bingo card generator was a WPF desktop application written on the eve of my baby shower. I wanted baby shower themed bingo cards for a baby shower game. In the game, guests play bingo while the expecting parents open gifts. Guests mark off squares that match the opened item. I was not satisfied with existing bingo card options and I wanted something that I could easily customize to match items on our registry.

I originally thought this would be a single use application. However, a year later I used it again for a baby shower I hosted for a friend. Revisiting the application has prompted me to recreate it as a reusable, customizable web application.
