[m1ds][project] Hyperspectral unmixing with Poisson noise
This is my project for CSE-372: Introduction to High Performance Computing taught at IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
Hyperspectral images depicts a specific scene at several (L) narrow continuous spectral bands. Our scope, is to prerform spectral unmixing each one of the pixels with respect to the 7 given endmembers of the Salinas valley in California.
Using the following code, you will be able to process hyperspectral images (HSI) in .img format from HySpex cameras in Python programing languaje. This code, was made based on https://eufat.github.io/2019/02/19/hyperspectral-image-preprocessing-with-python.html. To get one image please see Readme
Proof of concept for mitigating the impact of shadows in hyperspectral imagery using 3D information.
Easy and accessible repository to use codes to color images by wavelength value of HSI stacks and to modify a package to run succesfully the hsiPy Package for Phasor approach
Plant phenotyping system with 2 chambers (RGB imaging and Hyperspectral imaging). The RGB chamber used 2 HikVision MV-CA050-20UC, while the HSI chamber used a PikaNIR from spectronon and an Arcus stage.
This repository is dedicated to the segmentation of hyperspectral images during experimental animal surgery, where a variety of tasks were performed to process and analyze the hyperspectral data collected at the Institute of Image Guided Surgery in Strasbourg.
Straightforward environment for hyperspectral analysis in Python.
Getting started with a GUI is easier than you thought.
