This release adds support for GNOME v46.

This release is rewrite of the extension for GNOME v45.

• Refreshed preferences window
• Using InjectionManager instead of custom monkey-patching functions

GNOME Shell v44 support

This release adds support for GNOME Shell v44.

Also, make zip was fixed to first delete the old ZIP file so that removed files are not kept in the ZIP.

GNOME Shell v42 and v43 support

This release adds support for GNOME Shell v42 and v43.

It also updates the code to the current GNOME Shell coding standards.
