Add FastAPI-NextJs + SurrealDB starter app #49

This is our contribution to issue #35.

The starter kit is a simple CRUD Todo App that contains a backend implemented with FastAPI and a frontend built with NextJS.

More info is available here: https://github.com/richie-omondi/fastapi-nextjs-surrealdb-starterkit.

Please let us know if any changes or improvements need to be made.

I noticed some small bugs and performance improvements but you can resolve the conflicts so I can merge this PR.
