Reverts #2064. It works on Xcode 14, but it prevents Xcode 13.2.1 from working out the dependency chain. (For example, building StripeUICore isn't correctly triggering a build for StripeCore.) As we still support Xcode 13.2.1, we'll need to investigate that more before shipping.
