Previously, the mounting a bucket on a VM was done by creating a
mount_{random.randint(0, 1000000)}.shand then executing this file remotely. However, we lose thereturncodevia this method and if the command in in the.shfile failed, the error would not be surfaced immediately. This PR does a refactor to instead execute the commands that were previously in the.shfile directly on the VM so that errors/returncodes can be retrieved correctly on the local shell.Need to run relevant tests for mounting buckets such as
test_gcp_storage_mounts_with_stop
