OK, I got tired of waiting and published a new version at the coordinates:

 "dk.cwconsult.scalastyle" %% "scalastyle" % "1.1.0"

and a new sbt plugin at

"dk.cwconsult.scalastyle" %% "scalastyle-sbt-plugin" % "1.1.0"

(ONLY SUPPORTS SBT 1.x)

Obviously: These come with absolutely NO WARRANTY, may delete your entire disk, etc. There's also NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND nor should you expect any further releases.

I've also made a release from my fork.
The changes include everything since v1.0.0 + I cross-published it for 2.13 thanks to @cddude229 and his changes in #353. 👍

I'm planning to go over the existing PRs and pull some of those into my fork. If there is anything anyone would like to contribute or get their outstanding PRs merged and released feel free to open a PR directly there or mention me so that I know what needs to be prioritised.

I'll sort out the sbt plugin and website/documentation soon.
