The requirements and recommendations

1. Anaconda as python package manager is recommended. You can find it HERE.
2. Jupyter Notebook will be used as development environment.
3. Always rewriting the codes yourself again.
4. Improve your search skill. You can use Stack Overflow and GitHub.
