embedding with graph_store

Description

• Created an _embed function in KnowledgeGraphIndex which centralizes the embedding functionality and also allows creation of embeddings from graph_store directly.
• Added get_all_nodes and get_all_triplets function in most of the graph_store codes for use in the _embed function.
• Need guidance to test the functionality
