These Rocky Linux 9 images were submitted to us by an extremely helpful customer! They've deployed these as part of a k8s install and have tested all functionality. They're reporting no issues. Hoping this helps as a starterpoint for RHEL9 or can live on their own.

No problem with that at all! I'll defer to y'all as to how you'd like to review/test/release/support these.

@npelikan I've thought about this some and I think for now my plan will be to review and merge this as is. This should be a great help for #305!

I've added a few changes to make these more cohesive with the rest of the repository and to fix a few issues with Just/Goss defintions. I tested these locally and everything seems to be in order!
