Thank you for looking into this, but the number of these pseudo-SLDs is unbounded and I do not want to add any others unless somebody can figure out a policy to determine which ones are worth space in the configuration.

Are we short on configuration space?

I'm coming from a nowadays mostly-defunct (referring to upstream) jwhois…with a large custom configuration to satisfy my various needs. Given your whois client seems to be actively maintained, I've had the hope to get my stuff in (to finally switch to your implementation).

I would like to mention that, while unbounded in principle, the actual number of such SLD registries that provide a whois service has remained low over the last 25 years. Other than maintenance overhead I don't see a reason not to potentially include them all.
