Update to image 0.25

[emilk]

What

image 0.25 has switched to using zune-jpeg for decoding (image-rs/image#2141), which means we don't need to use that crate explicitly.

Blocked

Blocked on other libraries updating to image 0.25 to avoid duplicating deps:

• arboard
• gltf
• Update image crate to 0.25 emilk/egui#4160
