This isn't necessarily an improvement per se (since I changed/deleted some of the existing themes), but I figured I might open a PR in case it's useful to someone else. It's by no stretch of the imagination perfect, but I also tried to reorganize some things to make it easier to parse. If adopted, perhaps language-specific "sections" could be added.
