This PR fixes two issues:
dired-auxshould be loaded beforedired-guess-defaultis patched to avoid compilation issues.user-emacs-directoryis used when loadinginit.elto allow emacs configuration to be inXDG_CONFIG_*for example (I am trying to declutter my home directory).
