1.定时结束的时间点没有算上now.tv_usec，且传入的毫秒参数求余后与纳秒的转换似乎不对
修改后得到精确的结束时间点
2.重新修改了1e6为1000000，以免发生不同类型变量相除的问题
3.为定时器添加了时间轮版本，函数接口与原来一致，头文件timer/lst_timer.h换成timer/time_wheel_timer.h即可使用。
