Utility to convert JSON to a NestJS response DTO.
Response DTOs are used in NestJS for creating open api specifications, based on which we can do contract testing. Its a cumbersome process to create them manually if you are dealing with non-model based entities e.g. external APIs, this is where this utiliy can help.
