Initial Release - v0.1.0

This is the first release of PXE Cloud. This release doesn't have the webpage since it's not yet ready. What you can do:

• Boot ISO installers & ISO live images
• Boot kernel + initrd installers & kernel + initrd live images
• Add custom boot parameters to the images
• Manage users
• Manage organizations
• Manage groups
• Manage menus (add items, change the order...)
• And many more! Just check the code!
