Thanks for providing this amendment. And, of course, for this and the other improved assets.
I see no reason why this can't be approved and merged straight away, so that's what I'm doing.

Follow up to #924, the community has decided that it would be best if the default light texture has no built in color so that it can be used for any sort of lighting without any residual color interfering with the intended appearance.
This PR replaces Erick's light with the same texture but changed to black and white (sorry Erick).
Longer-term, the preferred solution will be for .eng files to define custom lighting textures for each light so content creators can decide which light appearance they prefer. However, this light will be quite adequate for improving the looks of legacy content.
