fix autoscroll on long columns

Tabulator doesn't scroll to a long column correctly.

To replicate: Use keyboard to navigate to a long column
Expected: It should scroll to the left side of the cell

Actual: It scrolls to the right side of the cell

Same as #4478 on the getters.

Also looks like this now has conflicts having merged in some of your other tweaks.
