Make the IndexOptimize procedure obey values of @MinNumberOfPages and @MaxNumberOfPages.

  • Calculate index size by using reserved_page_count in sys.dm_db_partition_stats,
  • Add required conditions when deciding if statistics should be updated.
    Please pull.
