@ahlec is bringing a quick update to fix a regular expression bug that was crashing Anki when parsing a reading that contains the same kana. The bug is described in #23 and fixed in #24.

This release also resolves minor issues described in #21.

• Add the same license header to each file
• Fix some lint errors with mypy
• Changing mecab.arm file permissions to match the other support binaries
