update npm missing script matchers

Npm error logs has changed:

Without this change, fuck will give either an irrelevant script or no fucks given message.

With this change, an appropriate suggestion will be given:

It's lowercase for me:

npm ERR! missing script: lit
npm ERR! 
npm ERR! Did you mean this?
npm ERR!     lint

(Ubuntu 20.04)
If it's different for other environments, both lower- and uppercase version should be allowed
