We now have only one Windows service in charge of starting/stopping the relevant NUT processes. It's a Windows replacement for the init script. This option seems to work now. Previously, Asciidoc source files were copied to the destination directory, but this did not account for included files.

See issue #5 and linked discussion for why the current Windows branch will not be merged into master (aside from the merge conflicts). Unfortunately, nobody has stepped up to redo the Windows port, either. |

Fixed msi with libraries libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll(stored in SystemFolder). Moved libgcc_s_dw2_1.dll to SystemFolder.
