Download and install Xampp Software in your machine
Open folder of xampp and put this repo (unzipped) inside htdocs
-> C:\xampp\htdocs (for windows 10)
Run xampp control panel and start Apache and MYSQL
Open Your browser and type 'localhost/Techlog' in search bar
