Fix for a bug where you couldn't upload any images on the appearance page. It did work for the default realm config, but not for any other realm. After some updates on the appearance page several weeks ago, I forgot to add a forEach() loop for every individual realm panel. (since I changed the HTML structure of it) Fixed it now 👍
Added cicd on development push too, try pipeline on pull_request

A customized CICD-Pipeline coming from OpenRemote that runs tests, builds the Docker Image and pushes the it to AWS ECR.
One minimal pipeline with necessary steps only and one pipeline where only the deploy step is customized. (One should be disabled).
Note: 3 commits are already in this master but not in the development branch.
