Default Resource Groups 1.0.0

• Added property preserveGroups that will make sure that after each save you resource will remain in default resource groups (all other resource groups used as a default for other context will be removed from this resource)
• Ability to add property with same name as context key and as value specify comma delimited default resource groups
• Plugin for handling default resource groups
