Add Debug Information to Test Cases in test_logs.py

Description

This pull request adds debug information to the test cases in test_logs.py. The added debug information will help in better understanding the test execution flow and identifying any issues more effectively. No breaking changes have been introduced and the changes are covered by the existing tests.
