  • Introduced VideoTek() as waveform monitor for video

Changed default behavior to "off".
You have to press "c" to change between the Q Transform, the Phase etc.
This is because it's a nice thing to have but not everyone actually want it turned on by default.

Introduced support to VideoTek, a full blown waveform monitor which displays the video, luma, chroma, the Lissajou graph for the audio phase and the audio channels.
