To get started quickly,
change Bureau.start.cols and rows in scripts/start.js.
Concatenate an array of column objects.
Get column by key (or all).
Remove column by key (or all).
An array of objects, each consisting of fields keyed with column headings.
Concatenate an array of row objects.
Get row by _id (or all).
Remove row by _id (or all).
Set the value of a cell, with rowId, colId, and the element to take the value of.
Make row/col editable.
Takes cols (array of objects),
rows (array of objects),
and parent (DOM element).
List view, for smaller screens. (Work in progress.)
