• Fixes for Calico :: BIRD is not ready
• Enhance the documents
• Add/Update kubectl config file to access from host
• Common config, most of values/config driven from config file
• Fix for update local config setting from virtual machine
• Fix local kubectl install

Fix for ssh keys

With this release each node will have their own ssh keys.
