miro-linked-text

Add a button to Miro to link elements together.

Write text in one element, and the text and background color will be update for all other elements. Works for text, shapes and stickers (e.g. Sticky).

Use Cases:

  • Create an Company Dashboard with KPI's, and link those to Team Area's for more detail.
  • Create an a roadmap of Epics, and include them in a sprint backlog on another part of the board.
  • Create breakout rooms in a meeting and let the breakout room summerize the results in one sticky. Then, with linking, you can show an overview of all summaries.

Installation

Click this link to install the app to miro: https://miro.com/oauth/authorize/?response_type=code&client_id=3074457367770533510&redirect_uri=%2Fconfirm-app-install%2F

Usage

  • Unlink element: Select one element, then click the bottom icon.
  • Change linked elements: Simply create a new selection, and click the bottom icon.
