similar to the delinea secret server api connector, i created one for clickstudios passwordstate.
Motivation and Context
customer request
How Has This Been Tested?
tested both the winauth api and api-key-based api.
tested both with and without MFA code.
do note that passwordstate does not support auth tokens, so MFA has to be adjusted every 30 seconds. i will document this in the mremote docs.

i have also opened two feature requests at clickstudios to improve api functionality. let's see.
