Project Concept: Contact list that stores employees email addresses and their employment information.

1. Automatic Reference Counting (ARC) to manage memory.
2. Archiver/Unarchiver to store the data locally on the device.
3. Key-Value Observing (KVO) to observe any changes in the application and fire off actions.
