  1. catch the stderr in ecmascript (child_process.exec)
  2. try to support tsconfig paths,

  1. I use path alias in tsconfig, and I use js locales config files, but this plugin can not parse the js config files without any error message,
  2. ts-node can not parse js/ts file which use path alias, so I try to use tsconfig -paths to parse tsconfig paths value
