There are multiple problems with Multi-Root Workspace handling especially with handling the review file path that I'm not prepared to refactor.

With this option you can select a specific Workspace Folder to use by the extension at all times if you choose to do so.

This is especially useful for people who use multi-root workspaces but:

i18n-ally is used only in a single folder and they always want to see the translations when the workspace is opened
Even they are using a multi-root workspace the extension should still work from the root of the workspace.
